現在行われているビバリー・モーニング（25－02）につきまして、横田基地広報部より、基地司令官から5市1町の皆様に向けたメッセージの情報提供がありましたので、お知らせいたします。

今週の重要な即応態勢の訓練を続けるにあたり、基地内外の1つのコミュニティに対する実際の影響を最小限に抑えるべく、実施のルールを常に見直していることを5市1町の皆様にお約束します。
例えば、月曜の朝、演習の警報システムが非常に長かったことから、演習中の警報の長さを短縮し、必要な訓練を確保しつつも過度な影響を減少するようにチームに要請しました。
騒音や運用が増えることで、地域住民の方々に影響が生じうることは理解しています。今後ともご理解の程お願いいたします。私たちは常に良き隣人であるよう努力し、日米相互の安全保障と利益を守るための最も即応性のある部隊になることを決意しています。

As we continue our critical readiness training this week, I want to guarantee 5C1T that we are constantly refining our rules of engagement to minimize real-world impacts to our ONE community, both on and off base.
For example, we realized that our exercise alarm system was very long on Monday morning, so I have specifically asked our team to reduce the length of the alarm during the exercise so we can still receive the necessary training, while reducing excess disturbances.
We understand that the increased noise and operations can be a nuisance to the local community. Thank you for the continued patience and understanding. We always strive to be good neighbors, and we are determined to be the most ready force in defense of US-Japan mutual security and interests.
